Position Title: Table Volunteer

Department/Team: Outreach & Events

Reports To: Event Coordinator

Role Type: Volunteer Position (Serve as Available)

Estimated Commitment: 2–5 hours per event


Overview

Table Volunteers serve on the front lines of outreach — representing TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County at events, conferences, church gatherings, and community spaces. They help set up and manage informational tables, greet attendees, distribute materials, and share the mission of TPUSA Faith with clarity and enthusiasm. This role is perfect for individuals who love connecting with people, sharing their faith, and helping others learn how to get involved. Table Volunteers play a crucial part in expanding the ministry’s visibility and inviting others to join the movement to see revival in the Church and reformation in culture.


Purpose of the Role

To engage the community face-to-face by representing TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County at local events, building relationships, and helping individuals take their first step toward involvement. This role advances outreach efforts and ensures every event reflects the warmth, professionalism, and biblical foundation of the ministry.


Core Responsibilities
  • Represent TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County at partner events, church gatherings, and community fairs.

  • Set up and tear down the ministry’s table, banners, and promotional materials.

  • Greet attendees and share key information about the mission, upcoming events, and volunteer opportunities.

  • Distribute printed resources, sign-up forms, and merchandise as assigned.

  • Answer basic questions about TPUSA Faith’s mission and help direct people to connect with the right ministry team.

  • Collect contact information (via QR codes, forms, or digital tools) for follow-up.

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming table environment.

  • Represent the ministry with integrity, humility, and biblical grace at all times.


Volunteer Commitment & Conduct

This is a flexible, event-based role — volunteers can serve at local outreach events, Freedom Nights, or church partner gatherings as available.

  • No financial compensation is provided; approved ministry-related expenses may be reimbursed.

  • Volunteers agree to:

    • Arrive on time, prepared, and dressed appropriately for the event.

    • Follow event leader or coordinator direction at all times.

    • Maintain unity, professionalism, and a Christ-centered demeanor.

    • Avoid political debate or controversy; all engagement must align with 501(c)(3) nonpartisan standards.


Qualifications
  • A professing believer in Jesus Christ, active in a local, Bible-believing church.

  • Outgoing, friendly, and comfortable engaging with the public.

  • Dependable and punctual; able to lift and set up light event materials (tables, banners, boxes).

  • Familiar with the mission and message of TPUSA Faith.

  • Passionate about advancing faith and freedom through personal connection.
