Overview
Special Events Team Volunteers play a vital role in creating welcoming, excellent, and Spirit-filled experiences during TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County events. From Freedom Nights to interest meetings and community outreach, this team ensures that every gathering reflects both the excellence of God’s Kingdom and the warmth of Christian hospitality.
These volunteers serve on the front lines — greeting guests, assisting with logistics, and helping every event run smoothly. Their faithfulness transforms spaces into ministry environments where people encounter truth, community, and the presence of God.
This is an ongoing, flexible volunteer opportunity, ideal for those who love people, enjoy serving behind the scenes, and want to make a visible impact in advancing faith and freedom across Tarrant County.
Purpose of the Role
To support the execution of TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County events and gatherings through setup, hospitality, coordination, and guest experience. The Special Events Team helps ensure that every attendee feels welcomed, informed, and inspired to engage more deeply with the mission of TPUSA Faith.
Core Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, registration, hospitality, and guest services.
Greet and welcome attendees with warmth and professionalism.
Distribute materials, merchandise, and informational resources as needed.
Provide support for Freedom Nights, Vision Gatherings, and community events.
Participate in pre-event team briefings and prayer huddles.
Assist with event teardown, cleanup, and post-event follow-up when available.
Model servant-hearted leadership and teamwork in every environment.
Volunteer Commitment & Conduct
Flexible commitment: serve as available for scheduled events (frequency may vary).
This is an ongoing recruitment position — volunteers may join or step in for specific events as their schedules allow.

Qualifications
A professing believer in Jesus Christ, active in a local, Bible-believing church.
Friendly, dependable, and willing to serve others.
Works well on a team and follows direction from event leaders.
Comfortable interacting with guests and assisting with light setup tasks.
Passionate about creating welcoming, organized, and Spirit-led experiences.

Special Events Team Volunteers are expected to:
