Overview
The Special Event Photographer/Videographer serves as the visual storyteller for TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County, capturing the moments, testimonies, and atmosphere that reflect the heart of the ministry. This role documents Freedom Nights, Vision Gatherings, Faith Group events, and community outreaches — helping tell the ongoing story of revival in the Church and reformation in culture. This is an event-based volunteer position, ideal for someone with creative and technical skill who desires to use media as a tool for ministry. Through excellence in imagery, video, and storytelling, this role helps extend the reach and impact of every event far beyond the room — inspiring others to get involved and glorifying God in the process.
Purpose of the Role
To capture and create high-quality photo and video content that communicates the mission and message of TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County, documenting how God is moving across the region through people, prayer, and purpose. The content produced will be used for social media, newsletters, partner reports, and digital storytelling that strengthens the movement’s presence and engagement.
Core Responsibilities
Capture high-quality photos and videos during TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County events, including worship, speaking moments, fellowship, and volunteer interactions.
Create highlight reels, short clips, and photo sets that tell the story of the event for social media, partner updates, and future promotions.
Collaborate with the Director of Communications to plan creative coverage that aligns with each event’s goals and brand standards.
Maintain a respectful and professional presence during events, ensuring minimal distraction while capturing genuine, Spirit-led moments.
Edit and deliver final photos or video content in a timely manner (within 3–7 days of each event).
Help organize and archive media files for long-term use and reference.
Work alongside the Prayer Team and Worship Coordinator to capture spiritual highlights that represent both reverence and joy.
Protect the integrity of all captured content — ensuring materials are used only for ministry-approved purposes.
Volunteer Commitment & Conduct
This is a volunteer, event-based position serving as needed throughout the year.
Approved ministry-related expenses (e.g., travel, memory cards, batteries) may be reimbursed upon request.

Uphold TPUSA Faith’s Code of Conduct and maintain 501(c)(3) nonpartisan integrity.
Represent TPUSA Faith with professionalism and grace while serving at events.
Maintain confidentiality and discernment with all captured content.
Qualifications
A professing believer in Jesus Christ, active in a local, Bible-believing church.
Skilled in photography and/or videography (DSLR, mirrorless, or mobile).
Proficient in editing software (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent).
Reliable, punctual, and organized with a commitment to deadlines.
Able to capture both posed and candid moments with an eye for storytelling.
Comfortable working in dynamic event environments (low light, moving crowds, live worship).
