Overview

Church Connectors are relationship-builders who help establish and strengthen partnerships between TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County and local churches. They serve as a bridge — introducing pastors, ministry leaders, and church members to the mission of TPUSA Faith while helping congregations launch Faith Groups and Civic Engagement Ministries.

This role is for believers who love the local church and want to see pastors and congregations equipped to boldly engage culture with biblical truth. Church Connectors play a key part in expanding the movement one church at a time.

Purpose of the Role

To build and maintain strong relationships with local pastors, ministry leaders, and churches across Tarrant County. Church Connectors help create opportunities for new church partnerships, facilitate communication between church leadership and TPUSA Faith, and assist in launching Faith Groups or Civic Engagement Ministries in alignment with our Seven-Hub Model.

  • Pray regularly for the pastors, churches, and relationships you help connect.

  • Church Connectors agree to:

    • Represent TPUSA Faith with humility, clarity, and respect for church leadership.

    • Uphold the TPUSA Faith Code of Conduct and comply with 501(c)(3) nonpartisan standards.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable initiating new relationships.

  • A heart for the local church, discipleship, and civic engagement.

  • Reliable, trustworthy, and motivated by unity and service.

  • Experience in ministry, outreach, or leadership is helpful but not required.

Spiritual Expectations

Church Connectors are expected to:

  • Lead with humility and respect toward pastors and church leaders.

  • Approach connection-building prayerfully, trusting the Holy Spirit to open doors.

By serving as a Church Connector Volunteer, I affirm that:

  • I have read and agree with the TPUSA Faith – Tarrant County Statement of Faith and referenced confessional statements.
